2015 Burton Stiletto Womens Binding Overview
Hey there. Welcome to the Morning Shred brought to you by snowboards.com. I'm Jenna. This here is Levi from Burton and we're going to talk about the Burton Stiletto Binding.
Levi, this is a nice little binding for the ladies, right? Yep, definitely. It's going to be a great beginner- intermediate binding for ladies either just getting into it or that have been riding a few years looking for a couple nice little steps up from the Citizen. A couple great features on this binding are going to be, first of all, with all Burton women's bindings, you get something called TrueFit where, our engineers have worked specifically to design this binding to fit a woman's foot. A lot of other binding companies out there will just take the men's and shrink it down and paint it pink and call it a women's but with Burton you are getting a binding that is truly engineered around the shape of a woman's foot.
A couple other great features that you get on this binding as a step up from the Citizen are going to be tool-less adjustment as well as a Cap Strap that has a little bit of grip that really cups around the front of your toe and stays in place all day long while you're riding. So, it's still very soft, very forgiving. Good for the progressing girl but... Yeah, definitely. Something that keeps it nice and soft that we've been trickling down in the line quite a bit lately is something called Reflex Technology where the base of this binding is actually able to flex with the board so you get a nice, soft, even flex out of your board that's going to make riding just that much easier and also give you more feel for what's going on underneath your feet than a lot of other bindings out there are on the market so all-around it's a great binding for that beginner-intermediate girl.
Great. Well, make sure to check out the Stiletto on snowboards.com and thanks for watching the Morning Shred.
