2015 Flow Vega Mens Boot Overview
Hey there. Welcome to the Morning Shred brought to you by snowboards.com. I'm Jenna. This is Tim from Flow and we're going to talk about the Flow Vega Boa Boot.
So, Tim, who's this boot for? This is going to be for your entry-level type rider, the first time buyer - somebody who's looking for a boot that's incredibly comfortable and easy to deal with. Flow has been a supporter of Boa since they came about. We've had them on our boots since Boa came around. Absolutely love them. This particular boot is going to feature what's known as a Boa Coiler. A Boa Coiler is a step up from your traditional Boa in that it recoils itself when you open up the whole system and is a lot easier to close.
Using a nice lightweight EVA-style foam in here so that the boot itself is light for the rider. A one-piece toe design is something that we started at our $300+ boots, we've brought all the way down to this price point. Just kind of clean looking. As you can see, there's no stitching across the top to give way so if you're one of those guys who rests your boot, or your board, on your toe of your boot, this might be something you want to definitely look at. Very, very lightweight. Super grippy sole on here so you're not sliding around as you're walking around the lodge. All that coming in at a really reasonable price. And just a great out of the box fit too. I remember from being in the stores that... This is a boot we've been working on, evolving with for the last 4 years and it just keeps getting better and better. And this one by far is the winner, it really is. And it looks cool. Yeah, absolutely.
