2016 Flow SoLite Coiler Boot Overview
Hi there, welcome to the Morning Shred, brought to you by snowboards.com. I'm Jenna, this is Tim from Flow and this is the Flow Solite boot. Tim, obviously says a little bit about it, tell us a little bit more. Absolutely, it is super, super light, there's no question about it but this is an intermediate level boot for somebody that likes a nice flex gradual flex, not super stiff, featuring a Boa Coiler. Molded liner and tongue, one piece toe design makes it super durable, there's no stitching across the top here. New for this season we upgraded this boot from last year by working with Vibram and putting on a full Vibram sole with some OC Kush in the heel so you actually have some suspension in there. Good for impact, if you're out jumping and that kind of thing.
Two piece shell design as you can see here, it actually has a hinge right here, making it nice and flexible - maybe for that kid that's in the park - that kind of thing that likes a softer boot, that's super light - hiking in the park, half pipe or whatever. I like that it's just a super clean look, it looks like a $400 boot - we actually have a $400 boot that looks similar - it looks very similar, right, but just a solid boot for that intermediate level guy who, like you said medium flex but a little bit more added comfort features than maybe something below it. Absolutely and the sole itself, the grip of the sole is really nice.
Well if that sounds like you make sure you check out the Solite on snowboards.com and thanks for watching the Morning Shred.
