Eleven years ago, Burton set out to make a binding that was able to destroy the entire mountain. Now, a decade later, the Burton Mission still is that binding featuring 120 months of research and development. An ergonomically Canted Hinge Hi-Back is lightweight and gives the Mission a forget-its there fit. The indestructible yet playful baseplate features a FullBED Cushioning System to absorb impacts letting you comfortably ride all day without fatigue. The Primo Capstrap pulls your heel into the binding giving better power transfer during heel and toe side turns. To reduce weight and unnecessary hardware, the Mission Binding uses Living Hinge Technology letting you adjust forward lean and hi-back rotation independently.
