Charge the mountain hard with the Flow Rush ABT Snowboard. This board features a hybrid profile with tons of pop and shock absorbing features that allow you to plow through pow, trick the rail and get big air on jumps. The Rush features One Piece Augmented Base Technology that gives you damping in the base between the bindings to reduce the chatter in the hard stuff and will help absorb impacts from those big air landings. There is an I-Rock profile between the bindings for easy turn initiation and you will not catch so much on board slides. Another great feature is the Whiskey Rocks basalt plates under the heel and toe to increase strength and improve your edge hold, and the Whiskey Shooters carbon strips have been set up in a reverse V to give you crazy pop while still keeping the nose and tail loose to give you a surfy feel. There is a Quadrax glass that gives the Rush ABT power to give you a consistent and responsive flex. The super light Re-Flex wood core will shave weight off the board to give you strength and lively feel. Rounding out the awesomeness of the Flow Rush ABT snowboard is the sintered base that makes the board fast enough to go through flat spots and still stay durable enough to abuse in the streets.
Great board for most all mountain conditions. The ABT base really really makes a difference when you need to traverse a low grade or flat area to get around. The flex on this seems a bit softer than some other expert camber style boards, but that was expected. Only reason this isn't 5 star is that the sidewall split on me after one season. I assume ice got in between the graphite base and the deck and split the seal. I epoxy repaired the break and clamped it and seems to ride ok, but not what it was. This board should be waxed as minimally as possible in my opinion. The ABT does a great job on its own and I found scraping near the silicone pad a bit of a nuisance.
