For the cost it was great. Not padded, however, I knew that when I ordered. Compared to padded the cost was unreal. This is affordable, not outragious like some of those other ones, not to mention it included the boot bag also. That was a plus. Gift for my grandson. He loves it.

I made a mistake and had it delivered to the wrong address. Put NJ address with Pa as the state. What a mess. When I called Customer Service, spoke with a woman who went completely out of her way. She tracked it down, put in a search order, called me back next day and emailed me. Took it upon herself to fix this problem. It was more than I would have expected. Just so my grandson could have it by Christmas.
