Shipping | Order Status
After you have placed your order with Snowboards.com you will receive two e-mails to the address you provided us:
- Within about 24 hours after placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email confirming that your order has been received. This will provide you with your order confirmation number which will link to the Order Status page.
- You will receive a second email when your order has been shipped from our warehouse. From this time add the additional time from the shipping method you chose for an expected arrival date. You can also check the current status of your order by clicking on the order status link provided in this email.
Change in order status
High demands for products occasionally cause us to sell out. If an item you have ordered is suddenly out of stock we will notify you by e-mail immediately. If you contact us, we can help you choose a replacement item similar to the one you originally chose.
If the item is out of stock and we cannot find you a replacement item if you paid with a credit card, we will not charge you for the item, plus any applicable taxes, promotions or shipping. If your item is out of stock and you paid with a Gift Certificate, we will send you a new Gift Certificate for the amount of the item, plus any applicable taxes, promotions and shipping.
