Placing An Order
After you have finished shopping and placed all your items into the shopping cart, click the “Checkout” button to place your order. You will be prompted to select a method of checking out, either as a returning customer, a new customer or guest checkout.
Once you have selected which method to use, you will be asked to select or fill out your shipping address and select a method for shipping. If your shipping address is the same as your billing address then check the “Use this address for Billing” box. To proceed click the “Continue Checkout” button.
Next you will be asked to fill out your billing address along with your email account. On this page you will also be asked to enter any gift certificate information or coupon/discount codes you may have. Codes are not case sensitive. Then you will be asked to select a payment method, either a credit card or Pay Pal. After you have entered your payment information, click on “Proceed with Checkout”.
The final page before you submit your order should show you all the items you have selected along with prices, availability and product details. Be sure to check over all the information to make sure you have selected the right items. If you wish to change your order, click the “Edit Cart” button, make the changes you want and click “Update Cart” and then click the “Checkout” button. Once you have made sure that your cart contains the items that you want to purchase, click on the “Submit Order” button to submit your order. You will be taken to a confirmation page with a confirmation number and a confirmation will also be sent to your email account that you provided. The email confirmation will be received within approximately 24 to 48 hours. You will also receive another email confirmation when your order has been shipped and that your credit card has been charged.

Cancelling An Order
After clicking "Submit" on an order there is no way to cancel or change an order without contacting us directly. In the event you need to do so please call (888) 271-7500 as quickly as possible. While it's important to us to do everything we can to accommodate your request, please keep in mind that it is also important to us to get orders out as quickly as possible. Therefore our order-fulfillment and shipping systems are designed to get these orders on their way quickly and efficiently and we cannot change or cancel an order if it has already entered the shipping process.
Please also note that if you cancel an item that originally qualified your order for a promotion, you may no longer receive that discount or promotion.
