Freestyle boards are designed for doing tricks in the park

Twin - symmetrical allowing rider to ride regular or switch

Medium - responsive yet forgiving for progressing riders

Built for quad kinks and urban bomb drops the Rossignol Retox AmpTek Snowboard is a true twin jib board to its core. Featuring AmpTek Freestyle the Retox combines traditional camber to give you explosive pop and stability with slight rocker in the tip and tail. This tip and tail rocker keeps the Retox AmpTek playfully loose for easy press-ability. Transworld Snowboarding calls the Retox a snowboard for a true rail junky and has ultra-blunt tips to lighten the swing weight to give you easy spins and a symmetrical freestyle flex that will lock onto rails. All that is left to do with the Rossignol Retox AmpTek is to stomp the mountain.

2014 Rossignol Retox Snowboard Review
Comments:
Hey, I'm Rob. I just got off the Rossi Retox, I give this board 4 out of 5 stars. Super fun, super playful board. You ride it short, really easy to throw around, it's super soft, this is a full on park jib board. It's not your board that you're buying to go rip turns. It's just not built for that and that's totally cool. Get on it, slower speeds, super maneuverable, good pop for how soft the board is, surprising amount of pop for how soft the board is. Really fun, really liked it.

2014 Rossignol Retox Snowboard Review
Comments:
Hi, I'm Steve and I just got off the Rossi Retox. A really nice board, can be ridden a little shorter than normal most boards, it's got blunt tip, blunt tail, soft shovel in tail, real fun to play with. Extremely playful board, when you put it up on edge, it really holds very nicely. It's geared a little bit more for the park free ride, but it holds really nicely all over the slopes. I would give this board a 5 out of 5. It is just a pleasure to ride.
