 Overview

The 3 Feet High Arch will support your high arched feet to keep your feet warmer, improve your balance, and give you more control over your skis. Skiers with tall arches need to support their foot and fill in the large space in ski boots. A large amount of foam padding will give you some cushion, and an aluminum film will provide you with some insulation. Adding an aftermarket footbed will be the single easiest way for you to improve your skiing.

  • Best Supports Feet with High Arches
  • Improve Balance
  • Improve Control Over Your Skis
  • Keep Feet Warmer
  • Large Foam Pad For Better Cushioning
  • Aluminum Film Insulation

Q: Will these work to correct supination in a cross country boot?
Asked : Dec 02, 2016

Know the answer? Answer this question

A: This is designed more for alpine skiing with support when making side to side movements. I think more of a running specific footbed would offer you the correct range of motion, flexibility and support for cross country skiing.

Q: My foot is typically a size 11 which would be an XL Sidas footbed. However the ski boot it's going into would call for a medium size. It seems to me the arch would be in the wrong location with that smaller size. Do I get the normal shoe size then trim to fit the boot?

Know the answer? Answer this question

A: You should get the size that fits your arch, then use scissors to trim the toes of the footbed. There are lines on the toes that will help you trim them, or use the stock footbed in your boot as a guide.
