When heading out on a ski vacation it's best to have a good bag for your junior to haul all of their skiing accessories. For these occasions there is the Transpack Edge Junior Boot Bag. Made of industrial strength material and components, a tough water resistant coated polyester, this boot bag was designed with two side pockets specifically for your little one's boots and a large central compartment that will hold a helmet, gloves, goggles, and all of the extras junior skiers need. This Isosceles Storage System creates a natural, comfortable weight diversion so that you're not carrying all the weight on your back. Inside the bag there's a zippered padded shelter to hold your personal items and if by some chance the zippers malfunction, they're self-repairing via a slider you just have to slide from one end to the other. The shoulder straps are neoprene padded for a comfortable fit when they carry the bag through the airport or from your car to the mountain. Well-constructed and easy to clean, the Transpack Edge Junior Boot Bag is an excellent choice for the winter season.

It's small enough for my 4 year old to wear, but enough room for boots helmut, ski pants and parka (barely). If you have a few kids this is a better option than a big bag kids can't carry. Also, these bags help kids get use to the gear needed for skiing. Each thing has a place and reason to be in the bag. Great learning opportunity and helps them become more independent.
We have two of these and our kids have carried their own boots, helmets, gloves, etc., to the ski hill weekly. Our kids started using these at just three years of age and they are still in use at age ten, though we'll soon outgrow due to boot size. These still look new and are in great condition after 7-8 years of use. Well worth the investment!
Really love Transpacks - we all have them. This bag is one which will last many years and into which my 3 yr old son will grow over time. That said, its too big for him to carry, although very cute to watch him try. This is probably the case with any bag though and since Mom/Dad will be carrying it anyway, this is a comfortable, compact and protective bag.
