2013 Ride Compact Snowboard Review

Reviewed by Jenna (Snowboards.com Staff)

Read the Review Transcript:
Hi, I'm Jenna, I just got off the Ride Compact, I give this board 3/5 stars. Its kinda your entry, to mid-level board for your girl who's just starting off riding, or getting into the park a little bit. A lot of fun playing around with it, so just screwing around, popping little 180's, or ollieing up stuff, its very soft, very flexible. Whats cool about it, is we actually took it, and tried to ride a little bit faster, and because it has the slimewalls on it, it really dampens vibration, and really holds an edge. So its not your board that your gonna go out, and fly down the hill on, and carve real hard on it. You will get some chatter, but you can take it outside of the park, you can learn on it, and you don't have to ride it strictly in the park. So again, great board for you entry level girl, or your girl looking for a soft flexing, park board.
