The new Smith I/O Mag S Goggles make changing lenses mid-day easier than it's ever been. A streamlined design has reduced unnecessary elements, so you can have optimized performance on the mountain. The Smith MAG lens changing system uses a rimless design with eight magnetic contact points and two locking mechanism to ensure lenses stay firmly in place during intense riding; when you need to change them out, all you have to do is open up the levers on both sides and the lens will pop right off. Using performance Chromapop lenses, the I/O Mag S gives you top-quality level clarity and definition of your surroundings. The Spherical Carbonic X-Lens is one of Smith's largest spherical lenses, providing the best field of view possible. The lens also comes equipped with the 5X Anti-Fog Technology, which, with the AirEvac integration technology, provides a clear view under any circumstances. 3-Layer DriWix Face Foam tightly but softly seals out the elements and wicks away moisture when you begin to sweat. Purchased and received after all the ski areas had closed and stay at home orders issued so have not been able to wear on the slopes. Tried it on in my house with my Giro helmet and the goggle fit my smaller face and nose well. Can't wait for ski season! Only potential drawback that was only noted in the user guide and not on any web listings is that the magnetics on the lens may interfere with avalanche beacon signals. Not sure how seriously these interfere but worth checking out.

We are currently in New Zealand and bought these for our 9-year old twins. The fit is GREAT for kids, have excellent visibility, don't fog, clear vision, perfect fit with helmet, and the lens switch is a breeze. I only regret that I cannot find replacement lenses in this size in the US, but hopefully that comes in the 2019-20 season.Hide
