The Union Cadet Pro is a great little binding for little rippers on the mountain that has the same construction as an adult binding, but in a youth size. The Shorter Highback is sized just for smaller riders, with a soft flex. The Stage 5 Duraflex Baseplate takes an adult size disk, is canted for comfort and has a responsive medium flex.
